I want to get an off brand Psu for a old apple Powerbook Titanium laptop.
The original adapter is 24 volt output with .875Amps. The Off brand new one would be 24.5 volt at 2.65 Amps. Would I be able to use this off brand PSU?

I wouldn't. You can get one from Amazon for ~$40 that will have a lower likelihood of frying your powerbook.
