I want something smaller/simpler than the more popular Metro, Metroid, etc. lines and this seems to fit the bill... any opinions?

Looks pretty durable, with padded inner sleeve, and I like the style/low price. Worst thing is that it's not water-resistant, but I figure I can carry a folded up raincover with me just in case.

Also, should I consider getting a sleeve/case as well, for a more snug fit/additional protection? If so, any suggestions? Lower budget...

    Thanks for any advice.

I approve. Like the herring bone. Quite business like if that's what you're into, but also sort of Indie/casual.
