I really don't think this exists, but this there a laptop cooler that HAS fans AND is comfortable on your lap? comfort being defined as not making crease-marks on your thighs and not having hot air and dust being blown onto them either.

I know this is a little old, but just for future users searching for this, I found the cooler to be okay, it moved a decent amount of air and gave me a noticeable difference (especially playing games), but unfortunately I broke the usb power plug not long after I bought it, its poorly designed in this regard, it uses a usb mini and it sits right above your right knee, I sit sometimes with my leg up and being so flimsy it just bent and broke the usb port on the cooler.

Would be nice if companies made all their power cords etc for their devices 90 degree angled so they sit flush, glad my new notebook has one like this as my old notebook had a straight one where my left knee sits and it was getting rather loose too ; D
