    Im currently doing some research into potential hazards PC laptop users encounter with their power cords. If you have a spare 5 minutes it would be greatly appreciated if you would fill out this quick survey.

    Several questions say "If YES,..." but do not give you a way to skip them if you answer no. Two of these REQUIRE yes/no answers so I cannot simply put n/a.
