I know of the Sound Blaster Audigy 2 ZS, and I've read some good reviews. Then I've seen the Echo Indigo, the cheaper model, not the dj one. Does anybody know of any others? The need to have low latency ASIO (2.0) drivers.

I think you'll find your options to be very limited. The Audigy is highly respected, I'd go that route.

audigy notebook and Echo Indigo are pretty much your only PCMCIA options. If you want sound quality (for music), definitely get the Indigo. Only reason to get the Audigy is if you need EAX for games and such

Nope, the intergrated speakers won't be affected, only external speakers.

Although I own the Audigy, from what I've heard, many audio mixers prefer the Indigo over the Audigy for making audio rather than listening to music.
In terms of listening to music, generally I've heard the Audigy to be the better option but I may be wrong.
As for a sound card with multiple outputs, my Audigy sound card has essentially two outputs, and one input. I don't think the outputs work the way you specified though. When I use both of the outputs (a 5.1 sound system & a pair of headphones) the same sound comes from both, I haven't seen any sort of ability to limit one while using the other. Overall, I'm pretty sure you'll be happier with the Indigo for Audio Mixing and Audigy for Audio Listening.
