Trying to access a PCMCIA memory card that comes up in device manager as "Unity Digital 32mb Flash Card Seris II" but cant find any drivers to let it work.

Everything I can find seems to point to the M-Systems DiskOnChip2000 as being the best way to go, but it was made obsolete before windows 7, and I cant find a copy of the drivers that I can make work......

    Any ideas/hints/tips/suggestions?

Go into Windows Device Manager. Find the device in question, and go to Properties

In the Properties window, go to Advanced tab. Select "Hardware ID" from the drop-down menu. And then start Googling whatever hardware ID is there. It should look like a long string of characters.

That hardware ID is the globally-unique identifier for that piece of hardware. It does not rely on "common name," like Unity Digital blah-blah-blah. This is important when one piece of hardware is known by many different names in different countries; or when hardware is usually embedded within OEM systems, and isn't aold as an aftermarket consumer product.

If you're lucky, you'll come across a support forum somewhere that contains people looking for drivers for that hardware. That is your best bet for finding drivers for an obscure piece of hardware.
