    plz could u help me i have a problem!

    i live iin pakistan and i am buying a laptop in the US and so theres a current problem and a prong problem so wat do i need to convert the current and whatever!

    All chargers are universal. You just need a travel adapter for the "prong problem".

    they are available on most electonics stores, they are cheap aswell.

    Or you can either cut off and replace the mains plug or get a new mains power cord for the PSU. All the connectors on the PSU are either a standard 3-pin or standard 2-pin and a good shop that sells notebooks should have spare mains cables.

    filza bro you need to check another thing , because as you're buying from US , I am sure its a 110v Adapter and AFAIK Pakistan use 220v as normal one , so get a suitable one for your country.

    Not exactly true vinumsv. These chargers are generally rated 110-240 to make them universally applicable.

    I wouldn't worry about the prongs as well. You get about 2-3 different types of prongs, one of which will surely fit. It comes as a standard component in the HP Notebook Box. Not sure about US though completely. I got three with my Notebook from Saudi Arabia.

    I think you only need to worry abt the pin difference.I have used mine all over Asia and Europe.
