I have the 1470 (it fit my old Compaq Presario 1255) and the 1490CC1 (which fit my Dell Inspiron 5000e, 5100, and now fits my HP Pavillion dv6000). I also have Pelican cases for my camera gear and my USB devices (hard drives and DVD burner). Good choice!
