    Hey Everyone.

I am looking for some sort of protective skin for my Sager 9280, preferably CLEAR/solid colors. I want to cover the lid and palm rest area.

Does anyone know where I might be able to order something of the sort? OR somewhere I can order the material myself and cut-to-fit myself?

Any help/suggestions would be great! :D

    Thanks
    Adrian

Hmm, I guess it's worth a shot to ask them to make one for me... haha
I doubt it would happen though.

I'm thinking of trying the vinyl wrapping myself, even though I've never used a blow dryer besides drying hair :) How many feet did you order? Thanks.

I always just use 3M clear bra, its built to go on car bumpers so its very strong, and its also pretty easy to work.

I highly recommend Invisible Shield. I have used a set on my work white MacBook's palm rest area and just bought another set for the screen of my iPod Mini. It protected the palm area of the MacBook very well, is easy to clean up, and didn't leave much residue after I removed it before I had to return the MacBook.

Now on a second thought, I don't think plastic and blow dryer/heat gun go well together. Don't want to run a risk of melting or burning my new PC.

Thanks for the suggestion. Before ordering invisible shield, would I be able to remove it and readjust the covering in case I applied it wrong and while doing that could the adhesive material remove the paint?

It comes in rolls right? Do you just lay it on and trim it directly on the laptop?
