    Plantronics 590E Not Pairing

    I just received the Plantronics 590E Bluetooth headset, and its not showing up as a device on my Dell XPS M1530. I have the latest Bluetooth drivers on it. My BlackBerry which the Plantronics site lists as compatible can't detect the headset either. The little booklet that came with the headset to let it charge for 3 hours before using it, could that be the problem? The device comes on and blinks, but when I press the pairing key the pattern of flashing is supposed to change but doesn't. Any ideas?
