Hey, I'm looking for a TV tuner for my laptop that will allow me to use it as a screen for my Xbox 360, and ideally allow me to record my gaming sessions. I've heard that many tuners have some sort of delay, and naturally I would like to avoid this since I will be gaming through this setup. HD composite RCA input would be ideal, and it would need to be compatible with the Dell Inspiron 1720 that I just purchased (I guess USB or Expresscard interface?).

Anyone know of anything like this out there? Also if it could be around $150 or less that would be perfect. Thanks =D.
