    Seagate FreeAgent GoFlex. Unfortunately you have to buy the eSATA adapter/cable separately, but otherwise that's what you'd need.

    Plenty of 2.5" enclosures with e-sata that you can choose from.
    however, until you get power over e-sata, you will most likely need 2 cables to connect using e-sata
