Just a simple question ... is it normal that my power adaptor for my laptop is making a "bizzz" sound when it is in use ...
Because if it is not ... not sure it is correct to plug it in the laptop ...
-
That is definitely not normal. Is this a recent purchase? or new-found sounds?
a bit on laptop/adapter would be cool too =D -
That's not a good thing.
-
just bought laptop like 3 weeks ago ... started doing this since this morning ...
ill try to contact the reseller... -
Is it very loud? Or is it barely audible?
What notebook do you own as well. For some Adapters, a slight buzzing means its healthy, especially the larger 90w ones. -
not very loud ... but still more then barely audible ...
in a class where many person talk i still heard it
i own a hel80 from compal
the power adaptor is a liteon ... dunno how much ?w ...
it only tells output = 19v -- 4,74A -
I would be more worried if it were unbearably hot...but if the buzzing concerns you, contact someone...I don't think it's normal (nor a big deal) so if you want a new adapter you might be able to get one.
