    Hi guys,

    I was wondering anyone here has this mouse maybe i can get some advice about my problem. I recently bought a Alienware m15x that comes with Powerlogic Alien g9 mouse, the mouse itself is working fine its the software that comes with it that can't detect the mouse. Keep saying no mouse detected on usb, no matter how many times i try reinstall it just can't detect the mouse so i was no able to change any setting or lighting for the mouse. I try to google the software or driver but just can't seem to find it.

    If any anyone has this mouse and is able to make it work or point me the direction on where can a find the driver or software on online.

    Since you just bought the laptop, call Alienware tech support.

    You paid for the warranty and service when you bought your laptop, so you might as well use it.
