    I'm guessing it's a follow up to the 'BEWARE of Logitech G9' thread he started. However, I do not understand why he started another thread :S

    did they actually improve the quality of the grips or is it gonna wear down and get replaced again?

    Yeah their customer service is awesome. About a week ago, my mx1000 died on me, and they overnighted (yes overnighted at no additional cost to me) a MX Revolution as a replacement. They even included a pre-paid return label. Now that's great customer service.
