Well I need a printer for my dorm so the smaller the better. Looking for printer/scanner, as many ppm as possible, and picture printing is not a concern.

Also I really want a laser printer but I don't know if you can get a small one with a scanner.

    Any price is fine

+1. It's supposedly the smallest AIO laser printer available (well, when I was doing my research which printer to buy a couple months ago although it ended up with me purchasing the Brother HL-2170w)

i got the printer on black friday, it's small for a laser printer but still big.

i saiy, go with small size cuz you won't have much space.

go on criagslist, you don't need anything fancy for college.

It's the smallest AIO color laser.

I haven't done research on AIO mono laser, but there will surely be smaller ones.

If you'll only need it for printing simple reports, then I think a monochrome laser printer would be the most cost-effective in the long run. You'll find out that the cartridges have a significantly lower replacement frequency than inkjet ones.

As for the scanner, I prefer to keep mine as a separate entity. Most scanners nowadays don't take up much table space anyway.
