    ar u using xp or vista?
    if u ar using vista, is the printer driver compatable with vista?

    From the picture, he's using Vista.
    As kvehh said, the driver might not be compatible with Vista. Check out their website for the most up to date drivers for Vista.

    Sorry man, vista has compatibility issues. It might just be that vista doesn't support your printer.
