I have a Turtle Beach Audio Advantage Micro and have been having some problems with it recently. I don't know what has changed, but I'm getting a lot of static when there should be no sound. When I play music or anything, it gets distorted as if the volume is set too high even when it's not. I've tried reinstalling the drivers but it still doesn't work. I know it's not a hardware problem because it goes away when I used the default windows driver. The problem with that is that it doesn't recognize it as a turtle beach product and then I can't use the TB software.
