    Hi, I have a Clevo M860tu which is 14.3 x 10.6 x 1.95

and I want to put this into a Vyper Exo M bag. However, the dimensions only fit up to (according to their website) to a max of 14.2 x 10.9 x 1.5.

It looks like my M860tu it just outside the boundary of "maximum laptop size" on length and height :(

My question is, does it really matter? For length, I am only .1 longer, which is negligible when taking into account the nature of foam. As for the height, or thickness, 1.95 vs the specs of 1.5 would only impede on the interior space of the bag, am I correct?

Basically I can give it a little stretch and i only lose about half an inch of space on the inside, so getting this case should be no problem, right?

If my logic is incorrect, would anyone please point it out to me.

    Thanks for your time.

If the notebook has to be put inside a special compartment, then you might not be able to fit it. Because both extra length and width will add up when considering girth.

That is a good point, Phoenix.

Looks like I'll call Booq tomorrow and make sure.
    They should know best.

If anybody has used a Vyper Exo M with a laptop a little bigger than the "rated", please share :)

For anybody reading that's looking for an answer as well, I called Booq today and the rep says the Vyper Exo's have a very tight fit and will probably not fit.

He also claimed that the Vyper's have a leeway of .2 inches, so the Exo XL will probably fit, since its thickness limit is 1.8".
