My laptop has internal bluetooth and I was looking at a bluetooth mouse. Wondering if anyone has experience with them? How is the responsiveness? I don't need one, but it would be nice to get rid of the cord as long as the responsiveness in games is not compromised.

I've got a logitech v470. I don't play FPS's, but it performs well in Age of Empires III, and RTS. Nice size, got it for $35, has a 6+ month battery life.

2 days ago I bought the Microsoft Bluetooth 5000. I've been playing a little Counter Strike and I've seen no issues. There have been a few laggy moments but not when I was playing CS; I think there is a software conflict with the HP Quickplay software that caused it. Hasn't lagged since.
Responsiveness is great (personally never used a better mouse - but I've never used those 100 dollar ones...) -
If you have internal bluetooth..you may want to take a look at some of the Bluetooth Wireless Mice out there!
Having BT is awesome..gives you great freedom, etc.
I have the MS Bluetooth 5000, and it's a great mouse!Fast, compact, reliable, scrolls great!~

The Logitech VX 470 is great too:

Watch the prices on both of those..Last week the MS BT 5000 was about $30..this week it's up again.
And a page at amazon.com with links to wireless mice choices for you:

Hope that helps!

I got a Logitech VX470 for my new laptop and i think its awesome. Responsiveness is great. Should be fine for games, I played a quick round of unreal tournament 3 to try it out and had no issues. Theres also specific game settings/options in the logitech software but i havnt looked at them yet. It does fall asleep if you dont move it for a while but the wake up time is very quick(maybe half a second or less).

Is there some kind of LED that shows if bluetooth is enabled or not?

Make a new topic instead of hi-jacking this one and I'll be glad to help you.
@OP - I consider myself a pretty serious gamer and I can hardly stand going from a wired Razer mouse to a wireless mouse, let alone B/T. Many people say they don't see a difference, but honestly without a side by side comparison, it's not possible to see. I didn't think there was a latency issue at all using wireless until I got a serious wired mouse, and man now I can see a huge difference. If you plan on getting a B/T mouse for travel and keeping a wired mouse for gaming sessions at home, I'd suggest that - but if you're going to be doing serious gaming on the go, definitely - wired - no questions asked.
