I used it for quite a bit for now and am currently using it in my office with Logitech G7 mouse. I am now sure whether it will cover the entire m15x screen, but on m11x, it was took think to keep it in between the screen and the keyboard.

It also attracts dust like crazy. But its very flexible and portable... you can squish it and it won't wrinkle. Also I like the soft feeling. I have few photos of it here:

(just move few images forward, the black little one is Kabuto)

If you need anything to know else, let me know. :) If you want I can try it out on m17x when I get home and give you pics of that - easy enough.

Probably wouldn't cover the entire keyboard, but I guess the main question would be, would it cover the actual screen, without the bezel. I would get the ruler and measure it to be sure.

Yea ill do that and post tonight, all i want it for is to have a pad on the go and for it to protect the screen from the marks the keyboard makes.

Well, my greatest problem with the Kabuto has been identified. Labelling the pad as a "screen protector" is fine (however shtick), but the obvious problem is that the lid of the laptop will not fully close. You have to push the lid down to close it which can place excessive force on the screen's hinges or prevent the laptop from hibernating properly.

Personally, Razer's propensity for tacking on useless "features" when the product can stand on its own is pretty gratuitous. The Kabuto is a thin, flexible mousepad... just leave it at that. Why attribute half baked features to a product that doesn't need it?

It would be like marketing a laptop and saying that it features word processing capability along with the fact that it makes a really neat doorstop or paperweight.

Love my Kabuto. My no it most likely will not cover your keyboard/screen all the way. Still every little bit of protection helps and if nothing else it will give a slight gap between the keyboard and screen so that should help with the keys touching.

The keyboard is about 12.5"x5" and the Kabuto is 11" x 8.5" inches.

i dont think its worth it :(

Probably not. I would go with the regular screen protector anyway. I agree with everything garetjax said. It is probably a bit too thick for a screen protector. Btw, I forgot to bring it home from the office today. Sorry. :-/
