I've been looking for a new keyboard for a while now, and I narrowed down to either the Razer Lycosa or the Razer Lycosa Mirror Edition. They seem to be both great, and the glass finish on the mirror edition is really awesome.

Both have the same price, but now it all comes down to which is better in usability. I'm leaning towards the Mirror edition because it's more cool and has a better backlight, but I would love to hear other opinions.

    Thanks!

It boils down to looks in the end. And yes. The mirror edition looks orgasmic. I'm toying with the idea of getting one too. :D

Get the original. Glossy black plastic just sucks on anything that you touch.

Be ready to have it pick up fingerprints like crazy, otherwise, yeah it looks good. I do prefer the original lycosa though.

Cleaning up fingerprints is no issue for me, it doesn't bother me.

    It's just I LOVE glossy things :p

And the better backlight on the mirror ed. really makes me want it even more.

But in terms of feel, usage and durability, is there any difference?

Who says the backlighting on the Mirror Edition is any better? As far as I can tell they're exactly the same.

Here, you can see that the backlight is brighter on the mirror edition :

Either way the Mirrored Edition looks like something I will hate to own due to fingerprint and scratch-prone finish it has.

The backlight on both are the same. But Yes. Fingerprint magnet. But again, the mirror edition looks so hot. The only thing keeping me away is it being a fingerprint magnet. :(
