Woot® : One Day, One Deal?

it a cool mouse, i have it myself. but the dongle is big. other wise works great. for gaming you will have to plug it in for best result.
-
damn i was wishing it was a nano type i guess that will help me decide...i really like the orochi since it is bluetooth but not sure about the size. I have a bluetooth laser mouse and use tact x when i game...hmmmmm.....=))

Yeah it's an awesome mouse, I have one for my desktop PC but probably too clunky to carry around from place to place with my laptop. Need something small

Wow this is an amazing deal! The regular price of the mouse $130+tax+shipping. I have the mouse, and works fine when it's on wireless too. Not sure what "best results" you are referring to.
The dongle (it's seat?) is also a charging station, even though the mouse can be charged while it's hooked up on the wire.
The only downside of this mouse I can think of is that it doesn't give you any clear signal when the battery is about to run out (apart from a small LED blinking on the mouse... but who stares at their mouse?!) - would be nice to have some OSD warning or something like that. And yeah I am carrying it around. Never got the point of those small mice - just hurts my wrist. -
I'm used to binding every button of the mouse I use in games. The forward/back buttons on the side were fine but the dpi +/- buttons are very awkward to reach, for me I would have to take part of my hand off the mouse to reach them with my index finger. The scroll wheel was also very stiff and required some effort to press.
The deal your describing is pretty good, but I've never come across a more comfortable mouse for gaming than the logitech mx600 series, I've been using the 610 for five years now. The bean design is incredibly comfortable for long gaming periods, one issue I had with the mambas design was my thumb would be sore after only a couple hours. The only downside is the dpi, but again you can adjust the sensitivity through logitechs software and the system settings.
The only thing I regret is paying 120 for this mouse, its currently sitting on my shelf in its pretty case. I plan to try out the Naga when I get my replacement. -
This sounds like a great deal. Wish I had a reason to get one. I'm pretty happy with my Logitech G9...
Ahhh, what the hell. I'll get it. If I don't like it I can always E-bay it. Thanks for the heads up OP. -
Lol the Mamba is a wireless desktop mouse, it's far from portable. Razer's laptop mouse is called the Orochi.
-
i decided to hold off and picked up a brand new razer Orochi for $55 shipped off an ebay seller best offer

Holy crap, that is an excellent deal, I am buying one now!

I have the Mamba, I carry it in my laptop bag with no issues.
Wireless-ly this mouse has no competition; their is nothing close to the precision offered in wireless mode. This mouse is a beast, and this is a great buy.
