I recently brought a brand new Razer Copperhead mouse and everytime I go into the confiq, it says that no mouse is detected. I've tried all of my ports and still nothing. The mouse actually works, but it will only left-click and scroll. I've tried searching around on the net, but either no one gets help, or Razer sent them a supposedly nasty email saying they can't help. Will this mouse just not work on Windows 7 or something? I would try updating firmware/drivers or whatever, but it won't even let me do that.

What was the fix? Was it a headspace operator error? :D
