Just saw this mouse and it looks awesome.

Can anyone who owns this mouse let me know how it is?...It looks like its been designed only for right handers. Thats real unfortunate for me since I'm left handed.

    thanks.

It has lot's of useless buttons unless your into WoW or something like that. Just because it looks cool doesn't mean it's practical.

It's targeted at the MMO/RPG/RTS audience, since they're the types of players who use a lot of macros, and thus benefit from having 12 buttons within thumb's reach on a mouse. It's definitely not as practical for FPS games.

And yes, it's right-hand oriented only.

If you're looking for a good left-handed mouse (not ambidextrous), consider the DeathAdder Left-Hand edition:

Razer | For Gamers. By Gamers.? | Online Store - Razer DeathAdder Left-Hand Edition

I owned the right-hand version for several years, and it's a top notch mouse.

Yeah it sucks to be left handed sometimes. When I play, I use the curser keys, so I utilise the number pad on the keyboard for my spells / commands. A mouse like these would be great, due to having the keypad on the mouse, but would be useless for left handers like us (as it would be on the wrong side).

I did email Razor a month or so ago, asking about there general plans for more left handed mice, but just recieved a genereic "we can't help you with this issue, if you need further assistance, contact support" type response

Even for MMO and RTS I think its just as easy to use keyboard keys and not worry about a cramped up mouse button set like that.

i prefer buttons on my mouse to the keys on my keyboard for stuff like macros, or combos (right now i have ctl and alt set up on my mouse buttons-my measly 2 buttons lol)
