Can you assign one of the buttons to open up a software. I want to assign the scroll wheel click to open up my Zune software. Anyone know how?

I forgot is there an option to open program from the driver software.
But you can trick it out by using macro :
    - create shortcut to Zune software (let's name it Z )
    - create new macro for opening Zune: Run + Z
    - assign the middle click to run above macro

and tadaa .. it opens Zune :D

    Not Zune.exe, to be exact:

    - create shortcut (on windows explorer, right click new shortcut) to Zune.exe, name it Z
    - copy the shortcut to C:\windows\system32\ to speed things up (enable Run + Z)
    - create a macro with these steps:
    1. Run
    2. keyboard key "Z"
    3. keyboard key Enter

    - assign the macro to middle click.
