This is the new mouse that Razer is releasing soon however, I can't find any info to what kind of grip it is. It looks like a claw/palm but I can't tell. Anyone know?

Engadget says it's ambidextrous, and judging by the hump in its back I'll go with Palm style. Unless maybe it's just a bad angle making the slope seem more pronounced...
-
Looks like a cool mouse, just a bit expensive for my tastes ($80)
Do most bluetooth mice lag as much as people say? The one I received from Dell doesn't seem to have noticeable lag, but I haven't done much gaming. -
However, this is a gaming mouse, so I guess it should be snappier than some other Bluetooth mice.
Looks like I'm gonna buy it
Wait, Razerzone says:
-
Ambidextrous totally ruins it imo...
Also, it's awfully bulky by the looks of it. With the accessories and all, might be worth just to bring a normal razor mouse and twist tie the wire -

I like it, One of the more simpler razer mice, but this is simple but elegant
-
look nice.
i also use Bluetooth Laser Mouse for my laptop. -
It looks... Logitech G9-ish... ._.

-
Not bad, reminds me of the VX Nano.....

if MS isn't coming with BTBT mobile mouse soon i will take this for sure.
so far i am happy with the lachesis sensor so i really don't mind about this. -
Oh wow, this comes in as soon as I buy my DeathAdder after giving up looking for a Bluetooth gaming mouse (-.-') (made only more depressing by the fact that Woot had a special on DAs ($19) the day before my DA ($50) arrived, Woot's was refurbished but depressing nonetheless)
-
Ouch, that's some bad luck Xtt

G9 > * -

Ah yea but I could still use it on the go by just removing the wire, now I need to buy a second BT mouse

I pre-ordered one of these as I was writing a news article on it, couldn't resist.
I have been buying Razer products for years, I have yet to find anything better for my uses/tastes. -

I talked to a Razer Rep. via the LIVE help and she told me that the Razer Orochi is a Claw/Finger-tip grip mouse. That is odd because it looks like it would be a palm.
-
Lang from Razer said that the promo pics for the Orochi don't do it justice and that it's really sexy
Since my Deathadder is still working fine I might pick this up instead of the Mamba as a travel companion. -
Gonna wait for reviews :3
Already have a mamba but might pick this thing up if it has a lot of good points -

I want to get the Mamba but it is just too expensive at the moment. Mabye the Orochi is a good alternative... but it may be just too small.
-
Don't expect that a BT mouse will be decent to use in gaming (at least in the non wired mode)
-
I don't. I just don't want any wires in my bed, and using touchpad isn't very comfortable in lying position. And I'm still a passionate player. The shape and size also seem to fit well in my hands. The Orochi meets my requirements perfectly. Only thing I hate about it is that I have to wait until it gets in stock again.

well it has 8ms response in bluetooth mode so i dont know how much that will affect gaming performance. All i know is that it looks cool but i already own two razer mice. i would gladly sell my copperhead for the Orochi tho, having a brother-sister combo then (mamba/orochi).
