    Hey,

First i wanna say that i absolutely know that this kind of issue is around and has been solved in the forum but mine hasn't been yet based on all my searches..

I paired my Orochi mouse with my Alienware m11x R2 with no problem, but when i installed a fresh copy of windows it paired fine at first then when the mouse sleeps it doesn't wake up unless i restart windows or turn the mouse off and on. I tried to fix this and paired again and sometimes it doesn't pair at all.. I tried the following and non has worked yet:

    - I paired the mouse flawlessly with all the following devices and then tried again on my Alienware and still nothing:
    -- Desktop PC
    -- Macbook pro
    -- Asus G51 Laptop
    -- Sager Laptop
    -- Sony Vaio
-- Galaxy S ii Android phone (Yeah i know that's how nuts i became)

    - I keep updating the firmware to erase the flash from the mouse and try again.
    - I tried another Orochi mouse and the same issue exists.
    - I tried pairing other devices with my laptop and no issues were found.

I hope someone can help me with this..

    Thank you..

Because it thinks its already paired. Pair it to another machine and try to delete the first pairing.

    Agree with khetik.

I don't know how many times (or in what order) you tried pairing the Razer Orochi. But delete all other pairing profiles off of all of the devices you listed, and re-pair the Razer Orochi to just your Alienware M11x.

It's possible that all of the other devices that the Razer Orochi is connecting itself to some of those other devices, instead of with your Alienware M11x, and confusing it.

    Thx for replying,
I already mentioned that i keep updating to erase the flash and pair the device all over again (remove profiles).. No use at all.. like i said it pairs sometimes but once the mouse sleeps it never wakes up..

I really need help with this..

right click the orochi in the bluetooth manager
properties -> services -> is drivers for bt, etc.. selected?
I had some issues with my orochi going to sleep, I fixed it by that. Or so I think it was fixed by that.

Have you tried reinstalling/updating your Alienware's Bluetooth drivers?

Okay, i tried properties -> services -> drivers for bt... I saw the mice/keyboards button selected, and all of a sudden the mouse in the background from the bluetooth devices disappears.. :(
This keeps happening to me everytime i pair the mouse, it keeps blinking although the mouse has been installed (That's what the taskbar notification says) but the cursor doesn't move and the blinking continues.

Still no clue how to get this thing to work..

you connected to all those devices without problems. you only have the problem on this particular system. Also you've tried before installing a new OS and it worked. Clearly the problem resides on this system.
you will not be able to use it with the same adapter in multiple PCs without pairing it with another device first each time you want to switch the BT adapter. It's a bug from razor.
