I was almost buying the g5 mouse and the g15 keyboard, both from logitech. But the place I'm buying there's little difference of price between the razer and logitech mouses and keyboards. I know both are very famous, but I don't know their main qualities and defects of both brands. Which are the main differences between the razers and logitech mouses and keyboards?
This are the options I have to buy:
Keyboards: Logitech Cordless Desktop Wave, Logitech G15 Gaming Keyboard, Razer Lycosa, Razer Tarantula
Mouses: Logitech G5 Laser, Microsoft Sidewinder, Razer DeathAdder, Razer Diamondback 3G, Razer Lachesis Phantom, Logitech MX Revolution, Logitech G9 Laser

The Razer Lachesis (4000dpi) and Logitech G5 (1600dpi) are both big enough to rest most of your hand on.
I like the Razer Copperhead and Diamondback because both are very comfortable and have sectioned left- and right-click buttons, and the click effort is almost nil. Compared to the G5 and Lachesis where the palm rest and buttons are one piece.
I would recommend at least 1600dpi if you are gaming, and a laser (not optical) sensor. -
To be honest there is very little difference between those two brands. They are both very good and it's just what you prefer. I don't like razer's mouse design. Just doesn't feel like, when I use it. So, i stick with logitech G5 mouse atm and very happy with it. No problems what so ever. I hate G9 mouse tho. It just looks ugly
As for keyboards...wouldn't recommend you to use wireless one. There rest is up to you.

G9 is a good gaming mouse, I tried one and was fairly impressed by it. Iv got a good collection of mice (Logitech G7, MX1000, MX Rev, tried the G5 and G9. Razer Copperhead, DiamondBack). I would say go Logitech. Logitech support is an order of magnitude better than Razer's. Very pleased with Logitech. Also the Razers gets a bit uncomfortable after gaming on it for too long depending on how you like to hold you mouse. I usually only put 2 fingers on top of the mice and it gets a bit uncomfortable sometimes. The way I hold it makes it easier to stop the mouse after moving it really fast, bad habit from scouting in CS I guess. The Logitechs are generally all big and comfy. Really cant go wrong with either, but the customer support at Logitech really won me over after a string of Razers.

I bought a DeathAdder and I like it; I have normal-sized hands and it's pretty good for that.
It's pretty comfortable for me; I play with my palm moving the mouse (not fingers). -

So, there are no main differences between the razer and logitech mouses and keyboards, both are very good, right? so, the g5+g15 is the best combination that I have with the options I gave?
Razer X Logitech
