So, I finally got a working mamba! And its awesome.
A few questions though...
When I close my laptop and it enters sleep mode, the charging dock stops glowing but the mouse still indicates that it is charging (green bars on the left keep flashing up and down). Does this mean that its charging or that its not?
If its not actually charging, how do I get it to charge while my laptop (macbook pro) is in sleep mode?
And how do I know when it is fully charged?
Thanks!

Glad you got that taken care of
When your computer is off (or asleep in your case), the charging dock itself stops glowing, but it still charges. Not all computers support this, but if the battery indicator on the mouse is still flashing, then it's still charging.
It depends on the individual computer; not all motherboards allow USB power when the computer is off. On my desktop PC, the charging still works when the computer is off (the dock doesn't glow but the battery meter moves). On my netbook, it does not (the dock does not glow and the battery meter does not move). -

My dock pulses when the mouse is on the dock and the computer is powered on. When the mouse is off the dock being used, the dock just glows steadily. When the computer is off, the dock light is off entirely. As far as I know there's no way to change these.
As for knowing when it's done charging, if you leave the mouse on when it's on the dock, then the battery meter will not stop flashing...but if you leave it on the dock overnight, that will be more than enough time to fully charge. If you turn off the mouse's power switch before putting it on the dock, then the battery meter will stop flashing and will just show three green bars steady when it's done charging. -
Is there some sort of trick to smoothly go from wireless to wired and vice versa?
Whenever I go from one to another, the mouse cursor doesn't move after i change. The clicking still works, but the cursor just doesn't move. Is it bricked? Or is there something I have to do correctly when changing? -
That happens with mine. It usually works if I flip the power switch on the mouse off and back on.
