I've had my Orochi for 3 months now going under very heavy usage for mw2. Mouse button 5 which is the side button - the one closes to the rear of the mouse, went out. I have that button binded for sprint/holding breath in mw2. So it was under use "A lot". It's like the spring got dislodged or something. When depressed there's no spring tension/rebound.
If I take off the face plate I can press it in but I have to press it at an angle for it to click.
I emailed Razor and they said that it will have to be exchanged for and I'll have to fill out some information in the return email in exchange for an RMA.
I was just wondering for those who have sent their mice back to Razor, what was the turn around time to getting yours back? Getting it to them I'll probably do UPS 3 day as usual.

I recently exchanged my Carcharias headset, and it took one week from the day I packaged and sent it to the day I got a new one back.

ahh, excellent. Thank you for the answer once again mastershroom.

Yep...it will probably vary depending on where you live. I'm in Ohio, and Razer is headquartered in California, so if you're further west you'll probably have shorter ship times.
Razor - Return/exchange turn-around time?
