Hello all. I am looking for a messenger bag for my laptop, for when I am out and about. I am currently using a Targus back back, but do to my growing family I need something smaller that will fit under the back seat of my truck. (my backpack almost fits but not quite)

I was looking at these two bags
Ballistix PTAC Matrix Laptop Shoulder Bag by SLAPPA
Maxpedition Aggressor Tactical Attache Bail Out Bag for 17" Laptop - MAXPEDITION HARD-USE GEAR Tactical Nylon Gear for Military, Law Enforcement, Tactical Concealed Carry; Tailored to Perform Tactical
but before I jump the gun I thought I would try to get some more advice. I am not really concerned about the price, but would like to keep it under $200
Now for the fun part This is everything that will be carried in my bag when I take it with me.

Dell XPS m1530 w/ Extended battery and Power brick
    Cooling station
Razer Blue tooth mouse/ with pad.
    External HD
    Sound Blaster X-fi notebook card
    Headphones
    Barnes and noble Nook
    Droid X
and all the misc cables to go with everything.

    Hey!

Between the 2, and staying within your budget, the Slappa Ballistic would probably be a very good fit for everything that you want to fit into a Messenger Bag (including your lappy)! ;)

It has good reviews, appears to be roomy, and very durable!

When, I had my XPS 1530..I used a Mobile Edge messenger. That is a line you may want to consider taking a look at. I was able to "pack" a lot into it when "out and about". This is the one I have. I can still use it for my XPS 1647, but the fit is very "tight". I don't think this is the "look" you are looking for, lol. But it gives you an idea of what Mobile Edge bags are like & their builds differ per model, of course. : )

I have the SFBags Vertigo Mambo Combo and love it. Not sure it would fit everything you have, however.

Thanks for the info I looked at this one. Notebook / Laptop Messenger Bag | Mobile Edge but was not sure it would hold it all.

As for the SFbags I really like them, but I would need more room than they offer.
