I just purchased an Antec 25: The Classic Cooler for my son's Sager 5160 college/gaming laptop. It is pretty quiet but the thing I really like is the rubberized gromets that lift the laptop by a 1/2 inch providing nice air flow.

I got it for a great price last week because Staples had it on sale.

What are your temps, kukka? The "battery bulge" is supposed to help you lower temps by like...10C or so.

    I recommend NotePal U3.

I had a Zalman NC2000 which is on par with most of the coolers like the Massive 23 but the NotePal beats my Zalman by 10C, easy.

+1 for the NotePal U3. Individual fans can be moved so that it sits directly underneath hot spots or air vents. Can't complain about the noise as it comes with a speed adjuster. The design is simple, looks sleek, and it works. As far as improvements, DEFINITELY. 3-4 degree drop in cpu temp (via lm-sensors in linux).
