Looking to replace the one I currently have because, well, it really isn't all that great.

So are there any that are specifically recommended? My main concern is keeping my baby safe, of course!

I use the SwissGear Synergy... a little pricey, but I absolutely love it. You can fit a lot of gear in this bag and the protection is outstanding!

How big is your notebook? That would help a lot. ;)

I use the Kensington Contour backpack which is durable and confortable; the only one that fits pefectly your spine. It has a S shape form. It comes also with a lifetime warranty wich is good. Try it in BestBuy store. It costs 80-100$

I have had it a little less than a month. I got it for $55.20 through Dell, which has a discount deal with my company.

    You're going to love it!

Check it out, Cin. Dell EPP often gives some pretty deep discounts, even on non-Dell items. I always check there first.

    Good luck!
