ok this is going to look really awkward with two mousepad threads next to each other.
looks like they got the server issues fixed on the forums too.

Basically, my Boeing mousepad is dying right now, and I believe I need to replace it soon. I have a DeathAdder and I'm looking for a hard mousepad. I still can't seem to find a decent small sized (around 7-8inches) hard mousepad for under $15. Here's what I want.

    • Hard Mousepad (Plastic, not cloth)
    • Cheap ($10-15)
    • Preferbably solid black, but nothing too flashy
    • Good Quality
    • Rubber bottom to prevent the mousepad from moving

The only mousepad I've found was XTracPads but I've never heard of the brand and not sure if it's reliable or not.

    Help!

I've got the Xtrac XXL and its the best pad I've had. Its black and the size it great. If they weren't 25$ each I would cover about 40% of my desk with them(75$).

I've heard that the Xtrac pads are like stickers... where you peel off the bottom and it just sticks to your desk. Is that true?

Mines not like that at all. It has a nice rubber base to prevent it from slipping.

Check out the Rocketfish Gaming Mouse Pad, $18: Rocketfish™ - Gaming Mouse Pad - RF-GMSEPD

It's basically Best Buy's in-house copycat of the Razer eXactMat, which is a top-notch hard mouse pad. It's made of anodized aluminum, which is much sturdier than plastic, and has a really smooth Speed side for minimum friction, and a more textured Control side for more friction and precise motion. Best hard pad there is for the money IMO.

No sticker on mine, but was a bit thinner than most normal sized mouse pads(not a bad thing). But my desk has a square edge on the front, so when I would put my arms up on my desk the mouse pad would catch my sleeve and roll up some. I fixed that issue with a product like this.
