Hey guys I just got my new Dell Inspiron 1520 (Intel Core 2 Duo 2.2 GHz processor, 2 GB RAM, 160 GB 7200 hard disk, 15,4” (1680x1050, nVidia GeForce Go 8600M GT (256 MB)) and I wanted to get a cooling pad for it, but could not find one I liked. So I was thinking that I could just put my laptop in the mini fridge that I have in my dorm room, since I have an external monitor that I hook up to it. I was just unsure if this is a bad idea or not. I dont want to shock my laptop or anything like that.
    thanks

Well if you put it in a special water proof bag (for none to get it) i'm pretty sure it's possible, but you'd be better off getting a targus chill pad than going through all this.
