I recently got the hp dv5t, and i was planning on getting a cooler to go with it, and i'm wondering, does the dv5t fan blow air in to the notebook or does it pull out the heat from the bottom? also would it be worth it to get the spire pacific breeze? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Look at the notebook coolers buyers guide

I googled for a picture of the bottom so that we can recommend a proper notebook cooler and it pulls air from the buttom.

If you read the guide it states the most important thing is that your vents/fans align with the vents/fans of the cooler
