Well I have the Spire Pacific Cooler and I find the LEDs on it very annoying especially at night. Any idea how I would go about removing/destroying the LEDs? I would try to figure it out myself but just scared that I might disable the fans somehow.

It sounds like a dangerous idea and doing so will most likely void the warranty. I can't imagine that the LEDs get that warm so you could put a small square of duct tape over them. Try using tweezers.
