Where can I find a replacement AC Adapter for my Bose Companion Speakers?
    The original adapter is: Model #JOD-48U-08A; Part #PT 263027; Input: AC 120V 60Hz 160mA; Output: AC 12V 1.2A

The computer speakers are 6 years old (the black ones), and newer versions have come out since. I can't find a replacement with the exact model # so I need to find another type that would work just as well! Right now I am using an adapter for less powerful Insignia speakers, it works but you can't turn up the volume too high or sound is distorted.

Try Ebay. Also try contacting Bose customer support.
