    My brother-in-law is getting burned by a store called Mambate. The battery he got for his Inspiron 1525 doesn't lock and he's trying to return it. Never got a receipt or confirmation and he's having trouble getting anything resolved with the store.

    I've never worried about batteries myself as I've always owned desktop replacements. Can anyone recommend a reputable store, whether it's an ebay one or not.
