    Returned the Hauppauge 950 and got the pinnacle pc tv hd pro stick(help!)

    I bought the pinnacle pc tv hd pro stick and i installed the Pinnacle TVCenter Pro , but when i run it the tv runs fine for 3 seconds and then I get a popup that says "unexpected error". How do I fix this? I can see the video and hear sound but when i click ok on the popup it closes the program. how do i fix this?

    The last Pinnacle product I had died in 2 weeks with a similar problem. You might have a software problem (try uninstalling and reinstalling everything), you might have a hardware problem (and need to return it).

    do you think i should exchange for another one or go with a different product? if so which one? I heard the autumnwave gt is the best for laptops but it is pretty expensive.

    Reinstall, exchange, return. I'd suggest doing it in that order.

    There might be someone here who has this product and can help you more though...not sure.
