Rolling Case for Inspiron 1520

I am looking to purchase a bag for my Inspiron 1520 before it arrives at the end of the month, and need a bag that fits these qualifications:

- Has wheels
- Can carry extra books and things
- Is able to sustain the wet days of the Pacific Northwest
- A strap that will allow me to carry the bag easily onto a bus or up a flight of stairs

I am generally commuting by car, ferry, and bus 5 days out of the week, and need something that will protect my notebook and roll my stuff around the city when I'm tired of carrying it on my shoulders. My budget can go as high as $150, as I want something durable.

 

I've got a Samsonite that seems to do well with my Acer aspire 5610Z. Holds the puter, power supply, lots of other accessories for PDA and phone and several books. About $130 with a lifetime warrenty.

 

Can you tell me which Samsonite bag that is? Like model number and stuff?
