Specifically, French? I think it'd be useful for my AP French course next school year.

roll up keyboards are extremely awkward to type on. Reconsider this purchase, as you're better off taking handwritten notes.

It used to be sold at tinxi.de few years ago. So, it exists (the standard size, at least).

However, the tactile properties of those keyboards are not good. Maybe it is improving, I don't know.

I would rather have one of these

    <object width='425' height='344'><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/PSFh-ME83Bk&hl=en&fs=1&"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/PSFh-ME83Bk&hl=en&fs=1&" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width='425' height='344'></embed></object>

Not only that, but your fingers start to hurt after a while as well. I'm not sure why I even bought one, as I can't think of many uses for one.

I can concur to this. The keys have no giving-way in down travel at the typing, so it is your fingers and the "hard" surface.

    cheers ...
