I was looking for a case that I could have on my laptop most of the time and came across this: http://www.protectcovers.com/detail.aspx?ID=12

Was wondering if anyone else had bought that case and if so, what they thoughts of it. Also, I was wondering what other 'always on' rugged notebook cases there are on that market that would be recommended. Thanks.

Yeah, I think I want it more to have a good protective bag, but I don't think it would stay in there 24/7, but would make me feel more safe taking it out for a quick check on something in an environment I wouldn't otherwise pull it out in (say on a subway, etc.)

Do you know of any other cases like this one?

Did you run into any heating issues or did you just take the notebook out if you planned on working for extended periods?

Also, what is the size of your notebook? Thanks

I ordered the protect cover rugged always on case and the 15.4'' screen protector from them as well. I will write a review when I get time after I receive the products.

Shoreline makes pretty good always-on cases, which cost much less than those listed here.
