I just exchanged my 226BW 22" LCD at Best Buy. At first, I picked a 226BW [C] panel - and promptly asked for a new screen. I opened the 2nd one and it just said 226BW....no S, A, or C following it. Under the "secret" service menu, it said my version is "M-ME22W0BAA-1002". A reviewer on BCCHardware had the same version and it was made by Samsung. Can anyone out there with this screen confirm this for me? Anyone know any more about it?

Following all the press, Samsung dropped the whole 'S', 'A' and 'C' thing and do not show an identifier

How is it? It is on my candidate list for a new monitor

I loved my 226BW except for the dozen or so stuck pixels that became apparent. This new one with no identifier has 0 dead pixels so far and I'm putting it through some tests now. I can already tell there is some light bleeding from the top of the screen, but it isn't dark enough get to get a good idea. It seem to not have the bluish tint the C panels have, but I'm still trying to find out if I need a new color profile or not.
