I picked up a SanDisk cruzer 8GB for $29.92 at Best Buy earlier today, but now I seem to have a problem. I’ve made a 6.4GB ISO file, and it will not cut or copy to the cruzer. I get a “disk is full”, what the heck? It has 7.67GB free, why can’t I cut and paste a file that large to the drive when there is enough space on the drive for it?

it's probably formatted in fat32 so it won't let you copy more then 4gb of data at the same time

Yes, but keep in mind that the 4GB limit is for files, not for how much you can copy. Just a detail.

    Yes sir!

I just went ahead and formatted the drive for NTFS. I had to first enable optimized drive (In Device Manager), before winxp would give me the NTFS option. Now everything is nice a tidy and I can transfer up to the 7.46. Yes, I lost some storage space, but its well worth it! I think I will pick up another one, as prefer these over my USB HDD's.
