The Logitech MX3200 is an option.

I forgot to mention, I'd rather have a wired keyboard.

I was going to recommend the Saitek Eclipse II based on all your preferences aside from the shortcut buttons. Personally, I've never noticed a calculator shortcut on a keyboard... but I guess it can be expected that some keyboards have it.

I have a seitek I, I prefer it over the Seitek II. Don't think it has any shortcut buttons though.
Something my brother swears by is the Microsoft Natural Ergomonics keyboard. It may take a while to get use to, but he says he can never go back now. -
Get a G11 or G15 you won't be disappointed, I just got one about a month ago and I absolutely love it. The only problem is that it is quite large (the new version is much smaller, but the features aren't quite as good, should be available soon) and I know the old version of the G15 is available for extremely cheap now in anticipation of the updated version.
The software with it is pretty good and fairly lightweight, ~1MB for the G keys profiler, and <1MB each for LCD apps, I usually run like 4. Install it from logitech's site, its better than what comes with the keyboard.
