Hello everyone, I feel I finally have done enough research to know the features I want in a BT mouse...

    Features:
    -Any version of BT
    -Rechargeable
    - Many Buttons
-Precise enough to be a gaming mouse

Do not want regular wireless or wired!

One I have found is the MX 1000 as suggested in other topics, but I am looking for others since it is kind of expensive. I have found a Microsoft IntelliMouse Explorer for $35, but it dosen't include a recharger.

There's the Microsoft Notebook Presenter Mouse 8000.

I don't think it's rechargeable though. I was looking for a good bluetooth mouse for awhile and it was the only one that fit what I wanted. I gave up on it b/c of price and got the Logitech vx revolution (I got it for $40 with buy.com's $20 off sale). I also gave up on it because it turns out that my z61m won't have bluetooth.

Why must it be rechargeable? If you're going to be mobile with it then you may not have the charger when you need it. I like the fact that mine uses one AA because I can get one of those anywhere. Or you could get rechargeable AA's.

The Logitech VX/MX are not BT but RF.

    Look for the Microsoft 8000.

If you are a hardcore gamer, you will not be happy with any wireless mouse. They can drop out, usually not as accurate, many go to sleep to often. If you really want to game with it, especially for FPS, get a wired mouse with an adjustable dpi. If you are more like me and only play FPS on occasion and are more into games like WoW, where mouse movements are not as important then the MS 8000 is a nice Bluetooth mouse. I also like some of Kensington's mouses, though I have yet to try a BT mouse from them.

Ah, all these multi-button bluetooth mice are really expensive! And as you said they don't get good reviews for gaming.

Are there any two button + wheel Bluetooth mouses that are suitable for gaming? How is the V270?

EDIT: After thinking it over some more, I realized all I will use an external mouse for is gaming, and touchpad for everything else, so mise well just get a regular wired mouse...and I already have a few of those.
