    hey, I am looking for a 15.4 inch laptop bag, for my dell 1520. I would like a messenger bag, but I have one MAJOR problem. I have a budget of about $24. I know, I sound cheap, but thats all i have right now. So any suggestions would we great, thanks!!!!

    I got a pretty good one for about $20... let me see what kind it is... well I don't have the tag anymore... but it's made by Targus and it's a 15.4" bag... so check out Targus's stuff.

    I just bought a Dickies laptop back back for $28.99 at Best Buy. Plain black (or green is available) no frills, looks like a normal back pack, not an astronaut's back pack like some look like. My 1530 fits nicely and I use the sleeve that came with it for extra padding as well.

    I suggest Targus for the price. Check out High Seirra and Kensington too, but im not sure if they are <25$
