@_@ i'm being lazy maybe, but right now I can't even comprehend the warranty online so I was wondering if I could help. Can someone translate for me in simple terms what I need to do to get my HD 202 repaired without charge?
My right ear cup does not emit sound anymore after 4 months. My friend bought this for me for christmas. I might or might not have the receipt, I need to ask my friend since he bought it but I can't contact him right now. So I want to get this repaired or replaced by sennheiser, so can I get some direction on where to go, fill out, what I should expect, etc?

Do you happen to know where the device was being bought? To be able to get support direct from (any) manufacturers one must at least first register the product.
